Elline Lipkin’s first book, The Errant Thread, was chosen by Eavan Boland for the Kore Press First Book Award. Her second, Girls’ Studies, explores contemporary girlhood. Elline teaches for Writing Workshops Los Angeles and was the Poet Laureate of Altadena from 2016-2018.

Mary Fitzpatrick is a fourth-generation Angeleno who grows native plants and has published her poetry in numerous literary journals in the U.S. and U.K.

Lois P. Jones is the author of Night Ladder and the host of Pacifica Radio’s Poets Café. Her poems have won prizes and received publication throughout the US and the UK.

Beverly Lafontaine is a Pasadena poet, who has published in several print and online journals, including Spillway, MORIA and Blue Satellite.

Cathie Sandstrom is a military brat who has lived in many places in the US, Japan, Germany, Denmark and England. Today, she makes her home in Sierra Madre. Her poems have appeared in numerous literary journals, and she writes for the National Veterans Foundation.
